About Stainless Casting in our Foundry


We are an ISO certified custom manufacturer of stainless steel castings. Types of castings include lost wax investment castings by both water glass (cheaper) and silica gel (better surface and more precise dimensionally).





Alloys include austenitic stainless - CF8 (304), CF3 (304L), CF8M (316), CF3M (316L), Monel®, cupro-nickel, Hastelloy®, Duplex Grade, and other nickel base alloys.

Stainless steel castings are fabricated in 1 meter x 1 meter x 1 meter maximum dimension, and weight 650 lbs (300KG). We have started servicing international customers since five years ago, and have worked on hundreds of projects involving standards such as ASTM, SAE, AISI, BS ...
Our foundries and employees are dedicated to providing quality castings coupled with complete customer satisfaction. Deliveries can be stock, standard or planned to meet JIT requirements.
Raw castings, proof machined castings or fully machined cast parts can be produced. After casting, we can perform machining, drilling & tapping, grinding, laser cutting, and welding. We also handle both mechanical polishing and chemical polishing. .

Non-destructive testing (NDT) evaluation is available ranging from visual to magnetic particle inspection and to X-rayed. We also perform chemical analysis, mechanical strength tests, charpy tests, Brinell hardness test, and pressure testing.

Vacuum Casting in China



Vacuum Casting uses a plastic film to cover sand surface and use vacuum to shape sand. It produces casting parts with better surface and dimensional accuracy. It is a greener method than traditional casting.
Our factory in Jiangsu China can cast steel or s.g. iron, from weight 10Kg to 3000kg. Please see the pictures below for samples of products.

Shell Mold Casting


Our foundry in Zhejiang does shell mold casting for steel and aluminum. The resin sand mold enables complex geometries to be cast. We typically manufacture medium size parts require high accuracy such as gear housings, heat exchanger, connecting rods, and lever arms.

Lost Wax Casting

The lost wax casting is a process that uses molds to kind liquefied metals. during this process, liquefied metals are shaped into higher quality products that are designed of a lot of completely different types of metals. because lost wax casting often results in tough finishes, additional methods may be required to get rid of burrs from the end products. During lost wax casting, a extraordinary wax is injected into a metal die, producing designs that are compiled into a cluster close to a wax runner system. after the pattern is coated with layers of refractory material, it is then heated to get rid of the wax. once the wax is removed, the hot mold is cast. after cooling, the mold is removed through the use of vibration, higher pressure water blasting, impact, grit blasting, or chemical dissolution.

Lost Foam Casting

Lost form casting offers similar benefits.of lost wax casting, but avoiding complex process of making wax shell.

It is relatively simple to make mold and allows recycling of sand. It is consist of three stages:
White Mold Stage: Mold Foam into shape  
Yellow Mold Stage: Coating the Mold  
Black Mold Stage: Pour Liquid Metal, which takes place of the foam.

Our facility in Hebei has excellent capacities to do Lost Foam Casting. In addition, we work closely with leading research institute in Sichuan China to obtain chemicals used in the process and reduce pollution.
